Reiki is a Japanese healing technique for reducing stress, inducing relaxation, and promotes well-being. By the laying on of hands or through distance healing Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through each of us. This life force energy ignites the spark of life, keeping us balanced in all aspects of our health. If our life force energy is low or becomes imbalanced, we are more likely to get sick or experience the negative mental and physical effects of stress. When our life force energy is high, our energy is boosted, well-being is enhanced, and we are more capable of being happy and healthy. 

 

Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of your energy field and flooding it with positive energy. It raises the vibratory level of your energy field in and around your physical body where negative thoughts and feelings can be attached. This causes the negative energy to break apart and dissolve. In so doing, Reiki clears, straightens, and heals your energy pathways--that is, your mind, body, and spirit--thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way.

• Reiki is not restricted by time or space. For instance it can be sent in advance to be available for you post-surgery in support of the healing process. Or if you have an important presentation, are speaking in front of an audience, job interview, etc... and you would like some energetic support.

• Reiki is not only beneficial for people, it can be used on pets too!

• Reiki is a nice soothing and gentle follow-up after a more in-depth Crystal Dreaming session to assist in integration.

In a distance session you do not have to set time aside to receive the 

benefits, but if you want to set up a time to coordinate while I send we can do that too. There will be a follow up email the next day to check in with you after your session.
