Items will ship within 3-5 business days unless made to order. Delivery is by USPS with delivery times between 3-5 business days within the U.S. You will receive an email with tracking information once your shipping label is created. If you need an order by a specific date, we will do our best to accommodate rush shipping. Please email sweethonorhealing@gmail.com with your order number and the date you need your item.

Hopefully you are delighted with your new purchase, but if there is an issue please email me within 2 days of receipt at sweethonorhealing@gmail.com with your concern. I'll gladly work with you to resolve any problem.

1)  Returns must be made within 14 business days of purchase.

2)  The buyer is responsible for shipping.

3)  Returned item must be in original unworn condition.

4)  Please use the same or similar shipping box in which it was received – no padded envelopes.

5)  When item is received in original unworn condition your account will be credited, sans shipping.

6)  Jewelry returned with signs of wear will be returned to purchaser, no refund will be given.

7)  We are not responsible for jewelry that the buyer breaks. In some cases I may be able to make repairs that the buyer pays for.

8)  Sale items do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

These items are made to order and will take 3-4 weeks to ship via USPS. Arrival of item takes 3-5 business days depending on location in U.S. Of course if it's a gifting emergency please email me at sweethonorhealing@gmail.com, I'm happy to discuss options. Soul Portraits and custom Cosmic Mandalas are non-refundable.

Crystal Essences and mists are non-refundable but if there is a problem with damage in shipping please reach out.
